For new comments:
1) Go to "______Comments" on the left sidebar
(ie: Monk or Student or Community"
2) Click "add new Comment"
3) Start typing the name - you can also scroll down and up here, or you can use your cursor to highlight the name.
4) for monks and students they have to be in the lists,
for community you have to type in the name for a first comment
5) tab or use arrow to space just after "Comment"
6) Type comment
7) Click "Submit" NOTE: If you press "enter" it clears and seems to have taken, but it will not have - Be SURE to CLICK

To look up existing comments:
1) Go to "______Comments" on the left sidebar
(ie: Monk or Student or Community"
2) Click the white box by "search"
3) Start typing the name - it automatically narrows result with each letter
4) You will see all of the comments that have been made for this person in this section.

[Every monk who is walked should have at least 2 notes in student comments. 1 for when they are taken as a student and 1 for when they are walked (if there are other comments, it's great - but AT LEAST these two. The dates of these comments must be at least 6 weeks apart. (I may make some exceptions but if so they must have a comment from me approving a shorter study time)]
