Must hold the Rank of Maha Vadin for at least one year and
have illustrated and advanced understanding of Monk teaching and commitment
to Monk Vows in the community and the circle.

1. Walk the Eightfold path
2. Write and post a series of 4 weekly teachings (approved by guide or elder) and post on Mantras and CoTW)
3. Hold 4 Gatherings (Monk discussions open to the public - watch for Seekers )
