My name is Yojin Hinoru, second of four sons in the Hinoru bloodline. Though, I could have just as easily been born the third - as I do have .. did have a twin brother, who is no longer with us. Well, nonetheless - the four of us came from a small village in the outskirts of the Samhans - more specifically Jinhan. I spent a good number of my youth here, studying with my brothers under the tutelage of my loving mother. While I studied the same things my elder brother did, I didn't take the branch of dabbling with the spirits, I dealt with the land and nature itself. My brother became the new Village Shaman while I was a Druid. Though, it didn't take very long for me to realize that this wasn't the life I had desired to live. It wasn't until 75th year of King Yuri's reign that I decided to follow my eldest brother to the Tri-Kingdoms and eventually into the land of Nagnang.

But, it was in the journey between these kingdoms that I first came in contact with Monks. Alongside the road, I had come across a small tavern that was run by Monks to aid travelers who had made the long trek to or from the Hans. I felt a warmth inside of me as I approached the tavern, these people were like none I had ever met before. No, that is untrue. They reminded me of my mother, they had such an inviting and loving feeling to their presence. Like they had been your best friend for years, yet you had never met them before. I felt like I could confide myself in these people and they would assist me through any problem that had come up in my life.

Their kindness and mannerisms were so refreshing in contrast to the cold winter days I spent traveling, to the people I had met that tried to steer me off-course or trying to con me out of the money that I had saved to pay for lodging and food along the way to the Tri-Kingdoms. It seemed to me that their kind nature could be attributed to some peace within themselves, allowing them to extend that feeling to others and touch other peoples' lives. I had decided that I would search for people like them in these kingdoms, perhaps they could share their teachings with me, so I could attain that level of inner-peace.
