*You see a man sitting under a tree eating an apple.  He appears to be a homeless man, except for his face he seems at peace.  He looks up and catches your eye and smiles*

I'm guessing you're curious about me.

*With out thinking you nod your head.  He smiles pulls out a pipe but doesn't light it he just puts it in his mouth* Let me see where I should start, the beginning sounds good.  I was born in a kingdom called Eire.  This is far off and rarely heard around these parts.  My father was a simple farmer, my mother a seamstress.  Our family was fully self supporting our food came from the fields my father tended and our clothes my mother made.  Every weekend we would go to the market where our family had a stall to sell our crops and clothes.  We weren't rich by any means.  Everything we had we worked hard for it.  This trait was instilled in me at a young age.  I spent a lot of time in the fields with my father.  That was my life up till my eighteenth summer.

It was then that I started noticing something missing in my life.  I no longer found joy in tending the fields or going to the market.  One day I was talking with my father I told him of this.  He told me knew this day would come.  He told me he always knew I was a free spirit.   That night my parents took their savings and handed it to me.  They told me that I needed to find happiness.  I remember the sad looks on their face as I boarded a ship headed to some place called Kugnae.

It was a shock to be somewhere completely new.  I was completely lost I found my way around and eventually learned the language.  I quickly adapted to this new life I began my studies as a poet.  I worked hard to learn the arts of the healer.  I continued to work hard in this new life working on amassing my wealth.  I wanted to fit in with everyone with their flashy goods.  I started spending my money on unnecessary things that I figured I would be happy with.

One day as I was sitting in my house I looked around I saw all the things I had to try to find happiness.  As I looked at each one I realized that none of them had given me true happiness.  So I got up and walked out.  I handed my key to the first beggar I saw.  Maybe they will find happiness where I didn't.  I began to travel the kingdoms keeping only what I needed giving away the rest.  It was during my travels I found a scroll on the ground I picked it up found a tree close by and began to read.  The stories within kept my attention.  I truly enjoyed and tried to find out who it belonged to.  The only name on it that I could find was the wandering monk.  I began to as around that is when I found out about the monks.  Each one I met seemed to have true happiness.  I began to study with them.  It wasn't long before I joined their circle.  It was then that I found what I was looking for.  True happiness.
