Hello everyone,

Fridays 7pm EST

Are you interested in a game of chance or luck? We the Monks would like to present you with a game dedicated to the memory and service to our third elder Janken, with Jan Ken Pon.

This game goes by many names, the most familiar and accepted one would be Rock Paper Scissors. ((This first known game was recorded in Japan around 200B.C. where a sword, or blade replaced the non-invented scissors.))

The game is simple, there are three objects, a rock, a paper, and scissors. This is how the winners are resolved.

Rock dulls Scissors.
Paper covers Rock.
Scissors covers Paper.

When the match is about to take place, both members will enter the "arena" which will be marked. The host will call out Jan. Ken. PON! At this time each participant will whisper the host their answer to insure no cheating. When both answers are recieved, each player will drop an their object, and the host will call out the winner.

Pebble/Ore - Rock
White paper - Paper
Weaving tools/Sword - Scissors

This will most likely be tournament form, but will vary on participation.

Check the Community Events board for dates and times.
