  Tilak
I never knew my actual parents.  Murdered by mantis in the heart of the Buyan hills, I was adopted by two mantis where I learned mantinese and served as a buffer between the human world and the mantis world.  But that truth to my character notwithstanding, as I entered adulthood I found fellowship with a new, real family - the Paektus - and adopted Paektu to my T'kkch origin name.   My name now is Tilak Tkkch-Paektu.     The primary fellowship I find in the Paektu family is with my sister, SandPaper.  We have been through thick and thin and like true siblings we do not always agree.  In my extended family, Gilley has also been a great mentor in all things wise and in her wisdom I consider her my mother within the Paektu adopted fellowship.
My family always looks out for each other, and in that regard I consider them equal as brothers and sisters.  Despite whatever actual title they might hold I continue my allegiance as a Tkkch but wish to continue my legend into a fellowship, the Paektu.
I recognize my place in the Paektu family tree as brother of SandPaper, but my relationship with all my family members is to me more about fellowship more than familial titles.  Muckish (in the family by marriage) and I have a common interest in kingdom politics -- and we have known to stay up late by the flicker of candlelight debating such matters.  Maya, similar to Gilley, has also assisted me in advice and wisdom.  As I am younger than both Maya and Gilley they have been a guiding-light when conflict arises in the kingdoms.
Vernon's mighty power as a skilled mage has also been beneficial in the Paektu fellowship.  His extensive knowledge in mage skills as well as his record as an explorer has helped me learn how to navigate the deepest depths of caves as well as the characteristics of the most ferocious beasts.
Finally, my peers are some of my most treasured family members.  TwentyOne and I explore caves together earning experience and honing our skills -- for T.O. (as he is aptly nicknames) it is about his pursuit of mage excellence and for me it is for that of poeting.
I hope family member Revery continues considering a sub-path walking in the Muse guild of Buya.

I look forward to continuing my journey in the winds with the Paektu fellowship.
