  Amphitrite
In the 73rd Yuri of the King's reign, I, Amphitrite was born the elder of my two sisters, Nanami and ZenXDeauf. Though my physical life began with my birth, I would rather believe that it actually began when I first met my wonderful husband, Musadan Gimpy Jeong-Kim.

To understand how I came to be a member of the Jeong-Kim family, specifically the Kim side, I would have to describe to you the events in my life which led up to my joining this family with deep roots to both the kingdoms of Koguryo and Buya. The family I was born into settled in Koguryo and served the King as lesser attendants. Though this position did not allow for upward movement into an upper-class status, it was not one without distinctions in itself. This position did allow, however, for our family to keep updated with the current news of many members of the Royal Courts as well as the Primogens and Primogenesses of the respected clans of Koguryo. It was my younger sister, Nanami, who first became intrigued with the stories of strength, love, and kinship that were often told of the Destiny Clan. With the help of JinQyung, the current Samaritan of the clan, my sister was able to join the members of Destiny within its welcoming walls. Soon she began to live with them and would visit home and fill our heads with wonderful tales of support and love that overflowed in the halls that now sheltered her. That is how I first became a member of Destiny, through my sister's convincing stories. This is also where I believe my life truly began.
One day, Nanami decided to introduce me to her kin in Destiny's main hall in order that I, too, would be protected by its members. As I walked into the hall, my eyes nervously scanned each member's face. There was one, however, that caught my attention immediately. The face that belonged to, at the time, Barrage Gimpy impressed me so deeply. Though he was a much older man than I, and one could tell by the numerous scars that marked his body, in him I saw a gentleness that filled me with a warn, serene feeling. Even as I recall this moment, I still smile at the memory that he blushed a deep crimson and could not even pronounce his name upon our first meeting. Not long after this meeting, our courtship began. With his help, I was able to establish myself as an experienced healer within Koguryo.
Although Gimpy had traveled to Nagnang, experienced many things and people, and eventually settled in Koguryo, he was a novice when it came to love. That was not a bother since I had just begun to realize my own awakening towards the possibility of love. Gimpy poured his whole heart into our courtship. I was never wanting of anything, or so I realized until the birth of our daughter, Starlite in the fall of the 77th Yuri under His Majesty. Though in the process of planning our wedding ceremony, which eventually took place under the shade of a sturdy tree by the eastern most gate of Koguryo, Druid Starlite was unexpected, she was not loved any less. We received her with joy and tears. I would like to think her fondness for trees came from our love for this tree whose branches sprawl forth, towards the sky, but that is only a mother's speculation.
Our family lived happily within Destiny's halls and I never thought we could be any more joyous until a few yuris before our upcoming wedding, our son, Cunning Sole was born in the 80th Yuri. By this time, Gimpy's heart had softened, yet had not become any less sharp to the possibility of defending with his sword, with the expansion of our family. After mourning the death of King Yuri, we decided to celebrate our vows with our cherished family in the 1st Hyul of Yuri's son, King Mhul. This marriage officially tied me to the Jeong-Kim family, though my heart had belonged with this family through, now Musadan Gimpy's love for me and our family.
Although I am still young, I have the luxury of saying I have accomplished many tasks and it is thanks to my family and my husband.
