  *Deimos
Hijo’ Raven and Hijo’ Kariya departed westward. They left the country of
Japan and embarked on new horizons to find their new purpose and honor in
life. They journeyed through Han and Korea briefly before continuing east.
Raven commented that one day he would like to retire to Korea.
Before long, the two reached the Greek provinces. They learned new ways of
warfare much different and modernized than their own. It did not take long
for the two to catch onto the language. Known as Ronan to the Greeks, the
easterners were welcomed with wide open arms. Raven requested to observe the
wars. He was placed under the supervision of Deimos, the Crimson Blade, and
General of the Black brigata (brigade).
Raven was awed by the charisma Deimos possessed and the way he carried out
his resolve.  Deimos had the abillity to rally starved troops to fight and
defeat well rested and fed opponets. Raven kept a diary of all the wars
fought under Deimos’ command and understood the nickname Crimson Blade. As
Deimos’ sword swept through the battle field, quick clean deaths to his
opponets, leaving his sword a blood crimson color.
After three years of following Deimos around, word caught out from the
descendants of the eastern Daimyo, of the whereabouts of Aki Ichigo’s son,
Raven. Already off on conquest of eastern domains, Deimos’ army was destined
to eventually come face to face with the eastern warriors. Japan had
foritifed it’s borders and one fateful storm lead Deimos’ ships astray
seperating Raven and Deimos. (Raven ended up back in Korea, and Deimos in
Japan). Upon the ship Raven was traveling on, was Deimos’ sword, and with
Deimos Raven’s Aki pendant.
The two had forged a brotherhood in their travels. They did not understand
eachother’s languages well, but emotion nonetheless. Deimos felt connection
to Raven through the pendant and Raven through Deimos’ sword.
Deimos’ had sat ship wrecked on the very lands of Japan. The hostile
Japanese samurai of the new Western Daimyo awaited with their swords and
arrows. Deimos and his army fought a predetermined battle to the last. Upon
his dying breath Deimos cupped the pendant and smirked into the eyes of his
killer and said in the japanese language, “ This pendant, is the legacy of
that which you can’t touch!”.
Upon the news of Deimos’ death Raven fell ill. His best friend, and brother
had fallen to the same province his father and clan had fallen too. Raven
was broken down. It wasn’t until he learned of the mighty Shaman residing in
Buya. A ritual requring a personal possession could summon Deimos’ soul to
Heaven’s Ascent. However, that was not enough to bring him back to life he
would require another soul.
There was a quarrel within the Chongun subpath. It seemed their was an
unstable soul, split between good and evil, and conflict with another
Chongun. Calv had once been a murdering tryrant known as Galleion, and had
slaughtered the parents of the Chongun Exere. Through many conflicts a final
showdown took place. The warlock ChaosOrb and the shaman subpath split the
souls of Calv and Galleion, merging Calv’s with Deimos’ soul. Calv’s body
became Galleion and a new body was formed, Deimos reborn.
Raven rejoiced that his brother had been reborn, as the reincarnation of
Chongun Calv. Deimos’ mind swirled with both memories of Calv and his own.
Not much was to be said about the following events, but it was a descion
made by the Hijo’ founder Raven.
“Deimos, I must return to Japan, and finish the quarrel between the clans, I
will be going alone, I leave this pendant with you as proof and initiation
that you are now the Hijo’ Family head, I please hope you will accept my
resolve. “ Raven said. Deimos gave him a single nod. Raven departed leaving
Kariya with Deimos, and was never heard from again.
Deimos soon ascended the ranks of the Koguryo Army, and became a Magistrate
of the Chongun subpath. Too busy to settle down to start a family Deimos
decided the best way to expand the Hijo’ clan was to incoroporate the
students under his guidance to join him in his adventures and become the
newest members of the Hijo’ Lineage.
