Greetings.

I am Capital, Formerly of the Nukoric family, now of the Can-Nuk family.

My dealings are seldomly in battle, training has come to bore me. Instead, the heat of competition and excitement of the trade draw my attention.

I was a mere merchant in Hausson, learning from Domant the skills we possessed, even though we have yet to find out where he learned them himself.

While the others would train for combat and tend to their jobs, I was a tradesman. I would spend days at a time away at the market place, making money for the family. Every now and then I'd step out and head to the arena to test my skills against any willing to try.

The markets were empty the day of the battle, for some informer from just outside the city gave warning of a large force coming through. I rushed home, where RCMP told me the others were heading out to slow down the force while the city was evacuating. I quickly packed up as much of our stuff as I could, money, food and potions, scrolls and various valuables.

As the battle heated on, I kept watch for my family, for our things were ready to go. I watched as the other houses emptied, villagers rushing away, carrying as much as they could.

On the distance I could see RCMP and the others rushing back, Domant moving a little slower, seemed to be setting things on the trees and ground.

I collected my pack as the others ran in one by one collecting what they would, Domant smelling oddly of smoke.

Swords drawn, we fled Hausson, the Nukoric and the Canotra families travelling as one. We all saw it coming when RCMP proposed we merge as one, forming the Can-Nuk family.

After RCMP noticing the tree in the distance, we all headed for the city of Kugnae. Upon reaching it, we watched as RCMP carved our name into the tree, making it our own. Now a part of the city, we went to find our place to live, and where each of us belonged. Domant was hired by some organization and got more work at a tavern. Mindless followed the monks and RCMP joined the DoJong just north in Sanhae.

I joined the local merchant guild for a short while, but decided it was not exactly for me. While the others excelled in their areas, I continued to trade in the markets, finding a larger one near by in Buya where I made much money for the family.

After a while I decided I would have to find my path, as the others had. Nothing seemed quite perfect for me, so I merely stepped into the Shadows and waited for the perfect opportunity to arise.
