  Janken's Vision

...A week's time has passed since I initialy spoke to Devion about his vision, and subsequently wandered to the only place I could think of..that was as close to the heavens as it was...an immovable mountain in the Vale..where the very winds themselves could be tricked into cloth..

Upon reaching the top of the mountain, I immediately set my possesions down, and placed myself in the lotus position, a position I found best for meditation...placing what Devion's vision as my first priority, I let myself fall into a deep trance..letting my thoughts wander..

                        Oneness through emotion..
                           Oneness through gentleness...
Oneness  through harmony with your surroundings...

Spirit..
  Strength..
     Harmony..

Letting these thoughts race through my mind, I suddenly found myself standing at the edge of  the mountain, strangely rejuvinated..as if I hadn't just climed a mountain at all..I knew that I had selected a place, that my life rhythms were well in tune with...looking below at the kingdom I suddenly heard someone in my company..

"It is pretty is it not?"

I quickly turned..my eyes darting through the area..looking for my newfound company..but to no avail..I would have to be content with just her voice.

"Obaasan*?" I exclamied

"Hai*" she replyed

I did not know how..but my long dead grandmother had been speaking to me..but..she sounded younger..more alive than when we had last seen eachother..

"Look at the land....what do you see?" she had asked me

"Well..I see the two big  castles...and some tiny huts..some mountains, and forrests" I replied

"And what do you hear?" she continued

"Birds..squirrels..and I think deer..but I'm not sure..I can hear the wind up here too..it's calming" I answered

"I noticed you meditating, Ten*..I bet it was easy for you here wasn't it?" she asked

"You would win that bet" I responded

she continued..
