For those who are seeking for Vows Renewal here is a little information for you...

        Currently, vows renewal or blood oath Strenghtening is free of charge by all the monk guides.  Although some guides may give you a short quest, but it is not something that you should pay for.

     In order to get your vows renewed you need to at least been married or blood oathed for 5 yuris. Please speak or write a letter to a guide stating your desire.
