The Vale To the east, powerful dragon of the sea greets me at dawn. To the south, furious phoenix rises up again. To the west, graceful tiger admits no one to pass. To the north, fierce warrior cased in black armor and bone. Within each land lies a heart. Each heart is but hidden throughout all of time, yet in a certain moment of power The soul of the nexus may manifest itself upon a particular day, should some powerful warlock disturb nature's course. At these times, each of the mighty beasts has been known to call upon Man to protect their heart. The souls that gather increase the tunnels to their own heart. That is, as more people gather to defend a single heart, the entrances to the heart increase. |
