  ~5 Yuri's Later~

"HRWAAA", was all I heard and then Saizo disappeared from my sight. I myself vanished in response to his Tenken. As my body moved at the speed in which the Tenken is executed it seemed that time slowed down. I felt as if I was in control of time itself. I looked around the plain in search of Saizo and then I saw him. He was performing a downward slash from above me, luckily I was able to dodge strafe to my left and dodge it. Saizo landed with knees bent and then hurled his body towards me, this time it was a straight lounging attack with the blades tip heading straight for my heart. I deflected it with my sheath and attempted a slash of my own while the force of his attack drew him near, but he saw it coming and used the outside of his forearm to push the blade away from his face suffering a massive cut. We jumped away from each other in opposite directions and stood there facing each other. Both of us were short of breath. I sheathed my blade and held it to my side, I could see that Father was doing the same. I knew that this would be the final attack, the Tenken Batojutsu, an attack that draws the sword from the sheath in maximize the assault of the blade coupled with the unbelievable speed of the Tenken....it spelled certain death.
*crash* sword met sword and then their edges collapsed and they flew in opposite directions. I waited to see if I would die, but I survived, I turned around with my heart racing scared of what I would see...but when I looked he was staring at me. Saizo had also survived, I could tell that he was just as startled as I was. He lifted his blade and looked at it...he then tossed into the distance. He walked over to me and Bow. I was shocked to see him bowing to me, after all he was my father and master. He erected himself and looked into my eyes..."Everyday she spoke of how she would have wanted her children to learn her sword, when she taught it to me I was able to see the importance of its survival. The Tenken is a sword that can protect the lands from times of great evil, but for me, I use it to protect the memory of my beloved. I protect her memory by passing her sword to you. Son, I charge you with the burden of passing it on to your children as you live. Use it to survive, and use it to let her memory survive. I have nothing left to teach you. To the east there is a great war, I have decided that it will be my grave. I have lived many years with you son, and I feel you are now a man. I long for my love and I wish to see her. Please do not mourn my death, I wish for you to live strong and to love. I bid you farewell my son, I am off to see Xandria, I am sure she misses me." He turned from me and walked off into the mountains. It was at this point that I considered myself one of the Tenken.
