Ormlyr... The word Ormlyr can not be defined in a paragraph, let alone a few short words. When you say you are a part of the Ormlyr family, it means you obey the laws of the land. It means you are a leader, and not a follower. It means you have great strength and courage, and if you have goals nothing will stand in your way.

We reign from the south, our origins come straight from the small villiage of Shilla. It started out Yuri's ago. Must have been Yuri 23 or 24 when we first started calling ourselves The Ormlyr Family. My father told me stories about his family. He was the elder of his small tribe.

My father left Shilla in hopes to find a new life and new job in the world of Buya. He told me it was very hard for him to depart Shilla and leave his family.

We lived on a small ranch for quite some time. It was on the outskirts of Kugnae. My father rode horseback almost every day to barter his goods. He wore a ring, given to him by his family back at Shilla. The ring had an engravement on it. "Ring of Ormlyr", it said.

When he was in town, a bandit must have noticed the ring. He followed my father to his ranch. This is where my family was attacked ((I have a roleplay story to go with this, I will send afterward)). They stole the ring from my father, and took all his belongings. This was after the bandits decided to murder my mother and father. I was safely hidden under a trapdoor in my room.

Now I have come to Buya, the sole Ormlyr member. I am here to seek out strings of my family and bring order and respect back to the name Ormlyr. I also seek my ring here in Buya, for a bandit in this town still has what I hold dear.

Raindrops fell down on the plains of the Imperial City of Buya. It was approximately the Sixth Sun and the Eleventh Moon of the Seventy-third year of King Yuri's reign. Darkness filled the skies and a strange aura surrounded the land. A man clad in a black garb and holding a grey staff walked along the muddy roads. He had journeyed many Suns and many Moons. His garment, worn from travel and his pitch-black hair was drenched from the downpour. As the man continued along the path he saw the flickering of candlelight. As he neared the source, he discovered it was a tavern. After he walked a few paces longer, the man decided to lodge there.

As the mysterious being entered, the humid air of the inn hit him and his ears rang with the sounds of people cheering, laughing, and talking. He peered around the room until he saw whom he thought might be the manager of the tavern. She had bright red hair and wore a dress of pink, and next to her stood a short, bulky man in a green garb. The woman noticed the male in black immediately and said, "Hello stranger, I'm Yunsil I suspect you'd like to stay here?" The man acknowledged her with a nod. "That'll be 60 coins!" Yunsil replied. He then dropped bag containing the coins and waited for further instructions. "Ok, the bed on your immediate left when you walk in is yours, by the way, what might your name be?" "Kamiccollo..." he remarked quietly as he walked to his quarters.

The next day rain drops still hit the ground like the hooves of a horse. The twilight of the stars last night faded as the sun came up. Kamiccollo thought of his journey he has taken. He's come from the far east past waterdeep into the thicket of Idwindle Swamp. He thought of his family, friends, and pets... This was only the beginning of what was to come.

He remembered his old home, his fathers ranch. The attack inevitably came to mind. Cold-hearted, ruthless bandits with nothing but greed on their mind. How had Kamiccollo survived the attack? He didn't know, but he was destine to be in the gates of Buya.

The bandits had one rule, and that was kill or be killed. If it wasn't for the secret hatch in his bedroom floor, Kamiccollo would have followed those rules. One by one he heard each of his family members robbed and murdered. These marauders took everything from Kamiccollo, including the sacred family heirloom passed on from generations and generations. It was a priceless ring given to the Ormlyr family generations ago.

He knew one thing, the ring would have to come back into his hands. The ring gave off its own vibe, maybe it was just the Ormlyr family who could feel it, or just the ones who walked a certain path. Kamiccollo could feel the untapped power within, pulling him to the ring. Was it divination? Was it that sixth-sense? He knew not what was telling him where to go, but he knew what lie in Buya, the Ring of Ormlyr.

Kamiccollo is now presented with a very crucial decision. He decides to follow his heart, obey the laws of the land, and untap this mysterious pull coming from within with the aid of the Diviners. Or he decides to walk the path of a Mage, and try to use his own power to find the ring. One thing is for certain, Kamiccollo has the power inside to become a Diviner, but he will need to study diligently and he will need the helpful spirit of a Diviner Guide to untap his inner strength and is connection to the world of divination.
