  Jikoku
I am Jikoku Jeong-Kim. More specifically Jeong, but who's keeping track, I'm quite happy to claim all the others as my family, they're not too bad.

A couple are stuffy, maybe a little old fashioned. My father and mother didn't expect me, but as of yet I've not been referred to as "the accident". In the late seasons of Yuri 81 I surprised both my parents with my untimely occurance. In the summer of Yuri 82, I arrived in all my glory, and began to terrorize Destiny Hall with my constant barrage of mischief.
As soon as I was old enough, I was a veritable river of enquiries and terrible, out of tune singing. My aunt, ForrestB suggested to my mother that I be sent to the Koguryan Baekho temple to learn a bit of calm and discipline. My relative, from the Kim side, Sole- was also being sent, so I felt less than anxious at the idea and I went gladly. In any case Maro's temple wasn't too far from home, so if anything had gone terribly wrong.. well, anyway.

So it was that Lashalla (my mother) had me sent away with my father's (Diskord) blessings, and off I went- to what turned out to be an awfully military-type schooling.

The good thing about schooling in public temples is the women that come in and out of them. At least.. that's my favourite part, though I'm supposed to say it's all the err.. knowledge and such that you can gain. I'd made eyes and such with a few stunners that had made their way in and out of Maro's (and Maso's too when I had to go there for special training) and that was working for me, until one sunny afternoon, a Ju Jak student literally ran into our temple, skirts and bright blue hair flying like standards on a battlefield.

She was in a hurry and she was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen, especially when her books poured out all over our floors. That was my chance. I'm not one to miss an opportunity. I'm a man of the moment. That one being a particularly memorable one. Several Yuris, or Hyuls now, after the death of old King Yuri- I married the Ju Jak student Ashyari.

This earned me a fair amount of flack from my brother, Limmerick- who, never one to miss the occasion to taunt me, went to town on my rash marriage. Then of course promptly married rashly himself. Isn't that always the way?

With a bit of help in bits and pieces, from my great-uncle Gimpy, my aunties and my mother- I've gotten far, and I'm just getting started. One day, I'll open a jewelry shop. I plan to call it Jiko's Jewels. Hopefully I'll rope some of the Jeong-Kim line to help along, and guilt them with the "family spirit" talk.
